We ship across India with Delhivery. Dashcams are delivered free to every serviceable PIN code. Everything else is charged by delivery area, and the exact amount is shown at checkout as soon as you enter your PIN code.
What delivery costs
Enter your PIN code at checkout and the delivery charge appears with your total before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards, and the amount on your order confirmation is the amount you pay.
Dashcams ship free to every PIN code we serve, with no minimum order value. For all other products the charge depends on how far the parcel has to travel, which is why we calculate it from your PIN code rather than quoting a single flat rate.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery normally takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your location, and longer for remote areas. You will receive a Delhivery tracking link by SMS and email once your parcel is dispatched.
If you are not at home
Our courier makes two delivery attempts. If both fail, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund. For cash on delivery orders, please keep the phone number you gave at checkout reachable, as the courier will call before delivering.
PIN code serviceability
If your PIN code is not serviceable you will be told at checkout before you pay.
We ship to every state in India, but cash on delivery is not available in Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura or the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Orders to these places must be paid online.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please check the parcel before you accept it. If the outer packaging is torn, opened or taped over, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day. If you notice damage only after opening, send us photographs of the product and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
Professional installation
Professional installation is available on selected dashcams in selected cities. Use the PIN code checker on the product page to see whether your area is covered, then add installation at checkout. Our authorised partner will contact you after your order to arrange a convenient appointment. If your PIN code is not covered, the option is removed at checkout and you are not charged for it.
